Project Buyout
ZJZ Builders LLC will evaluate sub contractor bids and negotiate terms of contract for each trade. Once bids are selected a final budget and schedule can be created.
Project Buildout
ZJZ Builders will manage the complete construction process from start to finish.
Acquire all needed permits
Manage daily activities threw all phases of construction
Conduct quality control inspections during and after each trade
Schedule all required inspection with appropriate municipalities and utilities
Submit weekly update progress report
